A quarterly grade report is mailed to each student's local address after grades have been recorded, usually within five working days after the examination period has ended. Grades are not given by telephone nor is personal pick up of the grade report by the student permitted. A copy of the grade report is given to advisors. The Office of the Registrar does not maintain a copy of the grade report. Should the student not receive or lose the grade report, he/she will need to request an official transcript. The grade report is for the student's personal use, and should not be accepted by another college/university in lieu of an official transcript.
